Mr. Siu is the co-founder and strategic leader of NewGenIVF, serving as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.Mr. Siu oversees group strategy and platform design, with a focus on translating advanced medical technologies into scalable, regulator-aligned healthcare platforms across multiple jurisdictions.He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Science from Stanford University and brings a strong scientific foundation, deep industry networks, and cross-border execution experience.Prior to founding NewGenIVF, he built and led an engineering-based enterprise with public listings in Hong Kong and the United States, providing hands-on expertise in large-scale system integration, governance, and multi-market operations capabilities
Hei Yue Tina Fong
Co-Founder, Director & Chief Marketing Officer
Ms. Fong oversees market strategy, brand architecture, and cross-border patient ecosystem development at NewGenIVF, serving as Director and Chief Marketing Officer.
With prior experience as a Director at First Fertility PGS Center Co., Ltd., she has played a central role in shaping patient-centric healthcare models, international positioning, and specialty service branding, particularly in markets involving medical tourism and cross-jurisdictional healthcare demand
Ms. Fong holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Indiana University and brings a strong strategic lens to aligning clinical capabilities with market access, policy environments, and long-term platform growth.
